This lightweight essence has a unique, almost glue-like texture that absorbs remarkably quickly. It's formulated with fermented soybean extract sourced from Jeju Island, processed at low heat for 72 hours to preserve its precious nutrients and maximize absorption. Packed with peptides and amino acids, this essence helps boost elasticity, even out skin tone, and restore moisture balance. The addition of fermented barley, pomegranate, and pear extracts provides a further boost of antioxidants, revitalizing and strengthening the skin barrier. Working from home often leads to dry skin, and reaching for a full moisturizer can be a bit of a hassle (washing hands, etc.). With this balm conveniently placed on my desk, I can apply it anytime I need a surge of hydration. It's incredibly convenient and effective! Unlike their 100% single-ingredient essences, not all of their toners adhere to this minimalist approach, but this Heartleaf Toner does. Back to the Mixsoon toner: It's a watery toner infused with 100% Heartleaf extract, and I found it more hydrating and soothing than the Anua version. I've featured this nourishing moisturizer in a previous skincare routine video. It's a decent cream, but it falls into the "so-so" category because it doesn't quite provide enough moisture for my very dry skin during the winter months. However, it's a great option for those with combination or oily skin or anyone looking for a lightweight, nutrient-rich moisturizer. These innovative collagen films are designed to melt into your skin. As KBT expert Lauren mentioned in my interview with her, collagen is a valuable ingredient for improving skin elasticity and hydration. These films are applied at the last stage of your routine: remove the pink protective film with dry hands, attach the collagen film to your skin, and peel off the mesh layer. Lightly misting the area helps the film absorb effectively, but I've noticed it melts in instantly even without misting. While I appreciate the innovative concept, I found them a bit fiddly to use. I prefer simplicity in my routine, and these felt like an extra step. However, if you enjoy unique and interactive skincare experiences, you might find these appealing.
