⭐️PART TWO: MY NUTRITION JOURNEY⭐️ You can’t out-train a bad diet! I had to completely rewire my mindset and learn about food to realize that constantly giving in to cravings and skipping balance was holding me back from my goals. Every time I started a fitness plan, I thought “okay, time to diet” which meant cutting out all my favorite foods. But that always led to yo-yo dieting and zero consistency. What I’ve learned is that eating healthy isn’t a diet!!! it’s a lifestyle!!! The processed foods are fun, but they don’t serve us long term. In this video, I’m sharing the top 3 things that truly changed my weight loss journey. And as you’ll see, I still enjoyed bread, rice, cheese literally all the good stuff just in moderation and within my macros! 🍞🍚🧀 And when you feel like you don’t have the strength to keep going, lean on God’s strength.
