My biggest tips for growing long & healthy hair <3 more details below I’ve linked my favorite products in the ShopMy in my bio under “hair care”. 1. Avoid product buildup, especially if you have fine hair. For me this means not using dry shampoo for multiple days in a row (if possible), and making sure I wash my hair well about 2 - 3 times a week, sometimes more if needed. 2. Bar shampoo — I’ve tried so many over the years and so far @otter_co_ (as seen in the video) + @ethiqueworld are my favorites. Both brands have different bars based on what your needs are! I’ve tried almost all of the Otter & Co bars and they all smell so good. 3. Deep Conditioner — my favorites for this are @daehair Moisture Mask, & Arvazalia (on Amazon), both are linked on my ShopMy. I use these instead of regular conditioner and I’ve found it makes my hair so much more shiny, and keeps its nice and moisturized which helps with less breakage. 4. Putting your hair up before bed— There are obviously many ways you can do this but the main goal is to protect your hair while you’re sleeping. I’ve always put it up like this since I was a kid, I used to call it “pre-brushed hair” because I would wake up with it still nice and brushed, and with a little more volume, and be ready to go to school without brushing it again. 5. Food — this one definitely makes a difference, make sure you’re eating enough food to get all the nutrients your body needs to be happy. Make sure you’re eating enough fat, protein, and carbs. #haircare #healthyhair #longhair #hairtips #naturalhaircare
