Homemade Reese’s Eggs <3 recipe below! Soooo easy and so delicious. Ingredients * 1 cup natural drippy peanut butter (the kind with just peanuts & salt) * 2.5 TBSP maple syrup * 1/3 cup almond flour (I love @bobsredmill ) * A pinches of salt (+more for topping) * 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate, melted * 1 TBSP coconut oil (or instead of adding coconut oil you can temper the chocolate) Instructions: 1. Mix peanut butter, almond flour, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt together in a bowl. Taste to see if the texture/taste is how you like it. Add more of any ingredients if preferred. 2. Melt your chocolate (microwave or double boiler) and either add coconut oil or temper it. Tempering the chocolate just helps make it perfectly snappy and helps it hold its shape + not melt too fast. 3. Take a spoonful at a time of the peanut butter mixture and form it into an egg shapes. Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and let set in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before dipping in the melted chocolate. This freezer step is optional but recommended, it just makes it easier/cleaner to dip into the chocolate. 4. After 30 minutes, dip each egg I chocolate and set it back on the parchment. Freeze for 5-10 minutes, top with sea salt and enjoy!! These are best stored in the fridge in my opinion. #madefromscratch #reeseseggs #easterrecipe #easyrecipe #homemaking
