#TooGoodPartner What I ate in a day to feel my best!! <3 It was a delicious day. Featuring the @toogoodandco Blended Cups, which have 12g of protein per 5.3oz cup! I’ll put the rest of the day’s details below! #toogoodandco Breakfast: parfait bowl with maple buckwheat granola, toasted coconut almond butter, raspberries, banana, and a @toogoodandco blended strawberry cup. Lunch: burger bowls! I always just use what veggies I have on hand that go with burgers so I did lettuce, chopped pickles, tomatoes, thinly sliced radish, peperoncinis, and homemade crinkle-cut fries. Topped with a burger patty + white cheddar cheese + fry sauce-style dressing. For the dressing I just mixed up Greek yogurt, mayo, Dijon mustard, a little bit of pickle juice and ketchup. Dinner: Mediterranean inspired chicken bowls. For these we did Greek lemon chicken on the bbq, flatbread, tzatziki, cucumber feta tomato salad, and beet hummus. Plus some grilled lemony artichokes. So good!!!
