#ad The winner of all my spring/Easter brunch spreads this season: hash brown & lox bites topped with all the fixings — they’re SO GOOD. Made better using @alexiafoods Hashed Browns with onion, garlic & white pepper #AlexiaInspired I love having Alexia frozen potatoes in my freezer to be able to elevate any meal <3 I’ll put the recipe details below! Step 1: cook your Alexia® Hashed Browns following the instructions on the back of the bag. The only difference here is we’re going to cook them for a few extra minutes before flipping to help them stick together in a “patty” shape. Also, I like to use a spatula to press down on them before flipping to help things stick together. Make sure they are cooked enough on the first side that they stick together before flipping to the other side. Step 2: after cooking and once they’re cool enough to handle, slice your hash browns using a pizza cutter, to your desired size. Step 3: top with all your favorite toppings! I used a mixture of cream cheese + greek yogurt (just mix half softened cream cheese with half plain Greek yogurt, until smooth), cucumber slices, smoked salmon, fresh dill, green onion, capers, pickled onions, and thinly sliced lemon. If you’d like, add a squeeze of lemon and drizzle of olive oil on top. Serve and enjoy! #GourmetEveryday #easterrecipe #brunchrecipe
