Dot cake but ice cream version☆ The layers at the end are soooo satisfying. Homemade funfetti cake, tart raspberry compote, salted vanilla bean cake batter ice cream (I added toasted milk powder + almond extract to my custard base for the cake batter flavor and it was spot on without being overwhelming or too sweet) and stabilized whipped cream + white chocolate shell with of course a ton of sprinkles on top.
