Remarkable results are often observed through consistent engagement. This method primarily targets facial de-puffing, addresses fine lines, and employs techniques to sculpt the facial contours. - It is important to note that this regimen doesn't alter bone structure or eliminate fat. Is it normal for my face to get red? Yes, it is. The application of pressure may induce slight redness, but it typically subsides after the practice. Should you experience discomfort, it is advisable to reduce the applied pressure. Always listen to your body and pay attention to how it feels. Do you have to use face oil? - While not obligatory, I highly recommend incorporating face oil. In the absence of oil, a moisturizer or any substance providing a smooth surface is recommended. This aids in preventing undue tugging and dragging during the massage (aka exactly what we are trying to avoid). What oil am I using? - These are the oils I have used throughout my videos. For reference, I have oily combination skin. - Osea Day Glow Face Oil - Elemis Superfood Oil - Acure Organic Rosehip oil - Trilogy Rosehip Oil Which Gua Sha tool is best? I have linked my favorite tools here → https://amzn.to/3OGRDsy My current recommendation (currently using) is made out of stainless steel. Currently, I advocate for a stainless steel tool due to its antibacterial properties, promoting skin health, and ease of cleaning. Which direction should I Gua Sha? Upwards motion or downwards motion? - For lymphatic drainage, a downward massage is optimal, while for anti-aging benefits, an upward motion (working against gravity) is recommended. Always consider the specific goal when deciding on the direction of the massage. ----------------------------------- MUSIC: ➫ Music from AudioHero.com - Door to Serenity ----------------------------------- FTC: Some of the links are affiliate links where I will get a small commission without costing you anything extra.
