This is a comfort meal staple in our home! It’s also the best meal to bring to a friend or neighbor who is sick or in need. Kids love it! Everyone loves it! I always keep these ingredients handy cause it takes about 20 min to make start to finish! You can add a protein (I like rotisserie chicken or shrimp) or some veggies if you want to liven it up (peas, mushrooms, onions, peppers, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, options are endless) Ingredients: 1 16oz box of Ditalini pasta 3 tablespoons olive oil 3/4 tablespoons minced garlic 1/2 cup heavy cream 2.5 cups chicken broth Shredded Parmesan cheese to top with 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp parsley 1 tsp Italian seasoning Salt and pepper to taste •Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a saucepan, add your 3/4 tbsp minced garlic. •Add 16 oz box of ditalini Pasta & stir for about a minute. Don’t burn it! Keep it moving. •Add 2.5 cups chicken broth. Let boil about 5-7 min until most of the broth is absorbed. •Add 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, stir in •stir in your seasonings & salt & pepper to taste •Sprinkle the top with shredded Parmesan!
