These @maybelline serum lipsticks? Not actually lipsticks. They’re tinted lip balms with really nice pigment. And I’m not mad about it 💕 I’m wearing Upstate (satin) first, then Maybe It’s (matte). The satin is super glossy and transfers easily. The matte has shine to it, so it’s not a true matte either. If you want hydration + color, you’ll love these.
