I have loved The Vampire Diaries since the pilot episode aired. I was a freshman in high school when it started… and a senior in college when it ended. I truly feel like I grew up with this show. I’ve been to conventions, met most of the cast, and even watched the series finale in Covington Square with some of them. So starting this character transformation series with Elena Gilbert felt right. In this video, I’m turning myself into Elena Gilbert, played by Nina Dobrev, from The Vampire Diaries. I rewatched the show and read I Was Feeling Epic to fully dive back into the world before filming this. This series means so much to me and I can’t wait to recreate more characters from Mystic Falls.
