You know when the feeling when makeup totally surprises you? Especially when you had zero expectations and thought it would end up in your beauty graveyard? Yeah, me too. I test and write about beauty products for a living, and even though everyone and their mother has been raving about this @itcosmetics skin balm, I didn’t think it would deliver. Turns out, I was seriously wrong. It’s dewy, glowy, packed with skincare ingredients, and makes my skin look filtered in the best way possible.
