Just a girl showing up for herself… every single day. Because if we don’t show up for ourselves… who will? Last week was a tough one. Living on lifelong cancer treatment means constant checkups—and sometimes the things meant to protect you can take a toll elsewhere. I had a heart procedure that led to an allergic reaction, intense arm pain, and overall weakness… which landed me in the ER this weekend. Thankfully, all is okay. But it was a wake-up call. For now, I’m pressing pause—canceling anything that involves needles, veins, or chemicals. My mast cell activation syndrome is clearly overstimulated, and my body is asking for calm. So this week, I’m choosing easy. Easy walks. A gentle return to work.
