Blush high low! We’re comparing the milk jelly tint in the shade fizz to the covergirl water jelly tint in watermelon splash! They are very similar in the finish and stating power ! I like the water tint more for lips and the jelly for the cheeks! I find the covergirl doesn’t dry down as fast which makes it easy to work with !
