It’s important I share the good skin days and the not so good ones. I am in one of the worst rosacea flares I have had in a long time! Typically I can heal a flare over night . Not this time! But before we blame a product know I have type one rosacea that is heavily influenced by my allergies . And something in this Florida air is making my sneezy and itchy! So what’s the plan . Keep it simple. Use a gentle cleanser and mineral spf only . Fragrance is a no go Essential oils are a no go Peptides are considered an active and can sting! Keep it very very gentle and at night I’ll use an occlusive like aquaphore . This along with a my daily antihistamine and lots of water will see me through!
