This last year I really took the time to learn my skin and what triggers my rosacea. Here are the changes I made . 1. Limited alcohol especially red wine . 2 . Prioritize water 3. Stopped feeling like I have to take all the PR and use it . If it’s not for me I say no. 4. Switched to mineral SPF only . 5. Used products made for sensitive skin 6.
